The following hardware is required:

DRV-2000 SEM to PC interface card.  This PC card contains the software controlled scan generator, video digitizers and other support circuitry required.  It should already be installed in your PC.
Cable to your SEM.  Note that a cable specific to your SEM may be ordered, unless your SEM requires our 'universal' cable.

The interface consists of two parts, the beam control and video interface.  How each is implemented depends on the model of your SEM.  It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with each of the sections listed below the 'Home' button in the column at the left.

You will need to refer to the hardcopy documentation supplied with your DRV-2000 system to make the connection.  The pages referenced at left are only a general guide as of this release of the DRV-2000 companion CD.

It must be stressed that regardless of the documentation provided,  it is the installers responsibility to verify that the documentation is correct.  It is particularly important to locate any modifications to the SEM that may effect external DBC operation.
