The FORM section of this 'manual' is designed to explain each menu and option in the image collection software.  The buttons at the right link to pages (under this one) which explain all of the subroutines which can be accessed from the main menu below:

The menus at left will take you through all of the menu's and options which appear when you click the 'Pull down' menu's or 'fast access' buttons on the opening screen.  

There are several other functions which are accessed through the opening screen:

The calibration subroutine, which is accessed by typing 'CalMu'.
Beta routines we've developed at our customers request.
The full screen video refresh mode. 
A hidden feature designed to slow the retrace speed for SEM's with excessive hysteresis in their deflection systems.  These keys are the F and S keys and should not be accessed if there are no hysteresis issues with your SEM.
